What data do we collect and how long is it stored for?
- When you register to use online features within our Services, we authenticate you using federated identity providers (Google Play Games/Apple Game Center). We store your user-name from the identity providers service and a unique identifier that is associated with your identity providers account. This information is stored until you initiate a request for deletion, after which data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days. As part of the authentication process we also collect user-agent strings and IP addresses to provide added security and prevent abuse during sign-up and authentication. This information is kept for a few weeks.
- When you interact with online features within our Services, your IP address and user agent information may be temporarily stored for monitoring purposes.
- If you enable in-game usage data collection; IP addresses and user agent information may be stored temporarily for a few days for monitoring purposes. The collected usage data is not associated with any authenticated account within our Services and no other personal information is collected as part of the usage data.
- If you contact us by email, we will store your email address for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your request.
